Former Chelsea midfielder, Michael Essien, has completed his UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth License coaching course.
Essien, who was part of the Ghana national team that competed at the 2006 World Cup in German, made the announcement on social media.
“Step by step, I am learning and growing as a coach. Happy to have completed my UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A license.
Thanks to the family, Gorau Chwarae Cyd Chwarae and my tutors, my mentor for the support. And big thank you to Tom Vernon and Flemming Pedersen,” the midfielder said.
