Orlando Pirates captain, Innocent Maela, he is not too worried about the possibility of coming up against his former teammate Zakhele Lepasa when the Buccaneers host Supersport United.
The Buccaneers hosts Supersport United in the DStv Premiership and there is a big possibility of the Bucs captain coming up against Lepasa.
The 25-year-old forward joined Matsatsantsa on loan from Orlando Pirates during the January transfer window and scored two goals against Golden Arrows.
“Playing against Zakhele Lepasa, first of all we don’t know who they are going to play, we are going to see before kick-off,” Maela said.
“But we have played with ‘Zakes’ and we know him very well but I don’t think it will make a lot of difference because he is playing with new teammates, with a new style of play.
“From our side we just have to prepare for them collectively and ensure that we utilise our strengths. We are looking forward to seeing him, he is one of our own but the focus right now is to prepare the team and make sure that we get the three points.”
