Siyabonga Ngezana produced a man-of-the-match performance in FC Steaua Bucharest’s 1-0 win over Farul.
Darius Olaru’s 58th minute penalty goal helped FC Steaua Bucharest secure a 1-0 victory over Farul and maintain their position at the top of the league table, four points ahead of Universitatea Craiova.
The 26-year-old defender, who previously played for Kaizer Chiefs, had an impressive performance.
The defender played the full 90 minutes, making six clearances, five blocked shots, two interceptions, and two tackles. His passing accuracy was also commendable at 83 percent.
Ngezana has settled well into the team since joining at the beginning of the season, making his official debut in a 3-0 win over Universitatea Craiova.
His contributions on the field is making a positive impact on FC Steaua Bucharest’s performance.
