Iqraam Rayners is back at Stellenbosch for a second stint after spending two-and-half years at Supersport United.
According to Stellies, the 27-year-old signed a long-term deal with the club and after previously scoring 36 goals in 81 appearances across all competitions between 2017 and 2020.
“We are delighted to be able to welcome Iqraam back to Stellenbosch,” head coach Steve Barker said on the club official website.
“He played a big role in our past success, and we are hopeful that he can inspire more success in the future now that he has returned.
“He is obviously someone we know well at the club, and we are looking forward to once again being able to call upon him for his quality, experience and proven goal scoring record.”
Rayners will wear the No. 9 jersey and is in contention to play against Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium this weekend.
