Orlando Pirates will resume their action in the CAF Champions League when they take on Jwaneng Galaxy on Botswana in the second preliminary round.
The Buccaneers will be traveling to Gaborone, Botswana, to play the first leg at the Botswana National Stadium on Sunday.
But Jwaneng Galaxy, who are the he reigning champion of Botswana’s Premier League and will be a tough opponent for Orlando Pirates as they seek to progress further in the CAF Champions League.
Orlando Pirates had a successful run of four consecutive wins before the September international break, including a 4-0 aggregate win against Djabal Club in the opening round of the Champions League and a 2-1 victory against Stellenbosch in the MTN8 semifinals.
And The Buccaneers will be looking to maintain their momentum and secure an early advantage in this crucial tie.
Jwaneng Galaxy also comes into the match with confidence, having advanced past Uganda’s Vipers in the First Preliminary Round.
