Former Bafana Bafana coach, Philippe Troussier, is expected to conclude a contract with the Vietnamese Football Federation which will see him earn $100 000 per month.
According to Vietnam Net Global, Troussier will sign a three-year-contract with the Vietnam national team and earn twice more than his predecessor, Park Hang-seo, who pocketed $50,000 per month.
And the salary is the highest in the history of Vietnamese football.
The French-born coach was in charge of Kaizer Chiefs during the 1994 season and Bafana Bafana at the 1998 World Cup finals in France. He was also in charge of Japan at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2002 World Cup finals.
