Zulu: Amazulu will bring their ‘A Game’

Sekhukhune United player, Philani Zulu, expect Amazulu to their ‘A Game’ when the sides meet in the DStv Premiership match on Saturday.

Babina Noko are currently on position six on the log and looking to cement their place in the top eight while Amazulu are position 13 – and four points away from the relegation zone.

“The game against Amazulu this weekend, won’t be an easy game,” said Zulu. “They are a strong team with a lot of quality players, good individuals who can bring them back into the game.

“Even their substitutes have made a lot of impact. We are taking this game very seriously. Looking at the way we have been playing in the past three game and the results, it’s good for us. We’ve been winning and it’s working in our favour.

“With the players, the way we’ve been gelling and the atmosphere amongst players – that is what has been pushing us. We are looking forward to Saturday’s game.”

With four matches remaining before the end of the season – the race for a place inside the top eight is heating up while teams at the bottom of the table have a chance to survive.

“This time of the season, there are no easy – every game is Cup Final. Amazulu are going to bring their ‘A Game’ and we’ve been preparing for that.

“Hopefully we will succeed and the players are looking forward to the game,” adds Zulu.
