Juventus have been deducted 15 points by an Italian football court after they were found guilty of misrepresenting players’ transfer losses between 2018 and 2020.
Former club vice-chairman Pavel Nedved received an eight-month ban, the club’s CEO Maurizio Arrivabene is banned for two years while former sports director, Fabio Paratici, is banned for 30-months.
But the ban does not prohibit Paratici, who now works as a managing director at English Premier League Tottenham Hotspur, from working outside Italy.
Before the ruling, Juventus were third in Serie A and have now dropped to position tenth – 25 points behind leaders Napoli.
