German Bundesliga side, Bayern Munich, have suspended Sadio Mane for the next match against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
The former Liverpool player had a fight with his teammate, Leroy Sane, after the UEFA Champions League 3-0 defeat against Manchester City on Tuesday.
Mane punched Sane in his face in the dressing room following an argument which started during the match at the Etihad Stadium.
“Sadio Mane will not be included in the FC Bayern squad for this Saturday’s home match against 1899 Hoffenheim. This is due to his misconduct after Bayern’s Champions League match at Manchester City. Mané will also be given a fine,” read the club official statement.
