English Championship side, Burnley, confirmed the signing of Bafana Bafana player Lyle Foster from Belgian side K.V.C. Westerlo.
The 22-year-old striker started his career with Orlando Pirates before earning a move to French Ligue side AS Monaco.
The Bafana Bafana forward joined Belgian side Cercle Brugge on a season-long loan from Monaco, before switching to Portuguese club Vitoria SC and Westerlo in 2021-22.
“I’m very happy to be here, I’m blessed and thankful for the opportunity and I just can’t wait to get started,” said the player after signing four-year-contract.
“From the moment I heard that there was interest from Burnley, my heart and my head were set on the club. I’m so happy to be here now. It’s a dream for me.”
